After spending 18 months as a full-time missionary in Argentina, he returned to Ohio and began a nursing career that has now spanned more than four decades. First, he began as a medical-surgical nurse before specializing in oncology then serving as a Nurse Clinician (nurse hospitalist). Along the way, he earned his Master of Business Administration, further strengthening his understanding of healthcare operations and cost analysis.

Over nearly three decades working with healthcare systems, electronic medical records, healthcare technology vendors, and health insurers, Dan developed exceptional skill in organizing, interpreting, and analyzing complex medical records-experience that now translates directly into life care planning and legal nurse consulting.
